Bangers & Grass
A Classic tractor and forage harvester event dubbed ‘Bangers and Grass’ took place at Binweston Hall Shropshire on 14th August 2022 by courtesy of the Dale family. The brainchild of son James, a keen Chirbury and Marton YFC member, and organized by Teme Valley Tractors Welshpool with the help of T. Alun Jones Transport.
Despite the lack of grass and the extreme heat, the event was a roaring success with some 500 people in attendance. £2600 was raised and donated to local farming charity Shropshire Rural Support.
‘Huge thanks to all involved’ Chairman Andrew Bebb remarked ‘ We have been providing a confidential bespoke service through our helpline for over 30 years, aiming to relieve stress and anxiety, therefore reducing risk of someone taking their own life.’
