David is a dairy farmer who had been struggling in silence for months. Falling milk prices, mounting bills, family tensions and sleepless nights had slowly taken their toll. Like many in farming, David felt a strong pressure to cope on his own, even as things became overwhelming.

With ongoing support from Shropshire Rural Support, David was given the breathing space, access to practical advice, and the confidence to begin tackling his challenges step by step. Slowly, he began to rebuild - not just his business, but his wellbeing.

A few months later, David shared these words with us:

“That phone call saved my life.”
